Are you accepting new clients?

Not at this time.  Linda will be accepting new clients as schedules open.

If I don't have insurance, do you accept "out of pocket" payments?

If you become a client without insurance, we accept cash, check, or credit card payments.  All cash payments and insurance co-pays are due at the time of service.  Cash payments for non-insured clients are at a discounted rate. 

How long are appointments?

An initial psychiatric evaluation is scheduled for 60 to 90 minutes.  Follow-up visits are scheduled for 30 to 60 minute slots.  You can call the office at (360) 709-3332 to request a new appointment or to change an existing one.   If you cannot attend your scheduled appointment time, please give at least 48 hours notice for an initial appointment or at least 24 hours notice for a follow-up appointment.  If you late cancel, or do not show up for your appointment, a fee may be charged.

I'm a new client. Do I need to bring anything to my first visit?

Yes, you will need to fill out a little paper work.  Navigate to "New Client Forms" and select  "Read More".  Complete all of these forms, and bring them with you to your initial visit along with your current insurance card and a photo id.
